How We Customize Logos for Tennis and Padel Balls

Every custom project begins with your logo design file.
To guarantee perfect print quality, we require the logo in a vector format such as AI, PDF, or SVG. This ensures that the artwork maintains sharpness and accurate color when transferred onto the curved surface of a tennis or padel ball.

Once we receive your logo file, our production team creates a custom logo plate.
This plate acts as the printing mold that defines your logo’s shape and size. Each plate is precisely engraved to ensure the logo is perfectly aligned and crisp on every ball.

After the plate is ready, we produce dozens of logo transfer papers — thin sheets with your logo printed in reverse (see image below).
These transfer papers are used for heat transfer printing. Each sheet is carefully inspected to ensure correct logo position, ink density, and color accuracy before entering production.

Next, our technicians use heat transfer machines to apply your logo onto the ball surface.
Each logo is printed using precise temperature and pressure control to ensure strong adhesion and vivid color. This process guarantees that your logo remains durable and resistant to abrasion, even after long matches.

Once the printing is complete, the logo appears clean and sharp on the ball surface (see image below).
At this stage, we inspect every detail — alignment, clarity, and print consistency — to ensure your brand is represented perfectly.

We send the sample balls with your logo to you by express courier for confirmation.
After you approve the sample, we proceed to mass production. Our automated lines ensure each ball meets the same high standard of color accuracy, bounce, and feel.
From logo design to sample shipment, the whole sample customization process typically takes 7 days.
